I would strongly advise placing any orders sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment! Shipping to an address within the UK: Readymade Orders: - Please place your order before 18th December for Christmas delivery - All orders ship next working day for free with Royal Mail Special Delivery/Royal Mail Tracked 24 as standard. Tracking details are emailed upon dispatch. Bespoke Orders - Christmas cut off for bespoke ring boxes is by Midnight on 4th December 2022 - Any bespoke orders placed after this date may not arrive in time for Christmas, please get in touch via email to kittybaxterboxes@gmail.com if you have placed an order after this date and require Christmas Delivery.

Bespoke Orders - Shipping with Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for (5-7 working days) - last orders will ship by Friday 9th December. As there is up to a two week lead time on all bespoke orders, unless otherwise discussed, all bespoke orders with this shipping service must be placed by 11pm EST, Friday 25th November. Browse the full range of available colours and create your colour scheme. Choose the leather outer for the cover of your ring box, along with the colour of the velvet pouch that will hold your ring, and a matching satin box lining.

Make it personal with your own initials (or the lucky recipient's!) Enter one, or two sets of initials to be gold foil embossed on the interior of the box. If left blank, a simple border will be added in it's place. Default font: Interior box personalisation I am currently able to offer up to two sets of initials only, three letters max. (i.e. J.M.D & K.H.R) Cover personalisation Add an extra personal touch to the cover of your book ring box (available only on selected designs)

Once your new ring box is made, each piece is carefully packaged in a cotton lawn dustbag within a wrapped mailer box to keep your new heirloom safe in transit. ​ Before placing your order, please note that because all Bespoke (Fairytale and Lovestory) ring boxes are made-to-order, and there is up to a three-week creation time on all bespoke boxes from the date that your order was placed, before dispatch. For orders containing multiple boxes, this may be longer, for more information on this, please email kittybaxterboxes@gmail.com Need it sooner? For express orders, or for orders needed by a specific please do get in touch prior to placing your order to discuss your requirements. I endeavour to accommodate all requests, though for Internationally shipping orders, please allow some extra time for shipping and potential customs delays.

At this time, unfortunately I am currently unable to take bespoke design requests for boxes. As an individual maker, I am completely committed to providing, and very proud, to offer a wide variety of colour, design, personalisation and style options on a made-to-order basis, alongside the options available in my Ready to Ship store. While I am always keen to make available new options to choose from, due to the considerable amount of time, consideration and development invested in each new type of box, I am unable to create new box shapes, or designs on request.
